In episode 6 Suhaiymah discusses the binary of Ethical/Unethical fashion with Mayisha Begum who is also known as @ohsoethical - she’s an advocate and activist for labour rights who studied labour, social movements and development at SOAS and works as a labour research assistant. The discussion looks into how "ethical" has increasingly become a marketing tool and whether material conditions of garment workers have changed despite the rise of 'ethical fashion' brands.
